Amman 's bitter colds go straight through to your bones. The cold dry winds take all the warmth away with them even if the sun comes out. The chills stay with you no matter what you do or what you wear. So I've learned to do a few things to survive the cold Ammani winters that are cost effective and easy to do.

So it's the new year and there are things I would love to see happening more often in Amman. I think that it is our collective responsibility to make this city a better place to live and here are some resolutions that we can all partake in to make this place that much more ours, all of ours.

خلال الفترة الماضية بات من الشائع هوس  الناس بالبحث عن حفلة للاحتفال بقدوم العام الجديد ,  او على الاقل فعل شيء مميز بهذه المناسبة , و كنت قد سألت مجموعة من اصدقائي عما ينوون فعله للاحتفال برأس السنة , وقد أجابني البعض انهم يبحثون عن حفلة يرقصون خلالها حتى الصباح , بينما اخرون يريدون التجمع مع عدد من الاصدقاء , فيما يريد البعض الاخر ان يقضوا الليلة وحدهم , لكن ما حصل حوله شبه اجماع هو انهم لا يريدون دفع نقود مقابل احياء هذه المناسبة , وحتى اساعدكم على تحقيق هذا الشيء اليكم هذه المجموعة من الافكار  .
