Books @ Cafe - Abdoun

So many cafés open up in Amman, some stick around, some don’t, some have good coffee, and others have good food.

Books @ Café – Abdoun is a spot where you can get good food & dessert as well as great Illy coffee, smoothies, teas and fresh juices.

This café is a branch of the infamous Books @ Café located in Jabal Amman, but has a very different vibe & atmosphere.

This branch of B@C doesn’t serve Argheeleh (Shisha) or alcohol, but has a fantastic menu & delicious food.

Often busy during the morning hours & lunch breaks. B@C serves omelets & crepes, eggs benedict, muffins & croissants for breakfast. For the lunch & dinner menu, it serves a wide variety of salads, sandwiches, pastas and a few other grilled dishes.
Their famous dishes include the Arugula or spinach salad, grilled salmon and the steak sandwich.
Their soup of the day is usually to die for, especially their corn soup & broccoli soup!

The café is a perfect place for a business lunch, or a day of work outside the office or a place to gather with friends and family.

The Café has a smoking area and a non smoking upstairs area which is usually quieter.

Although they have only been around since September of 2011, they have surely gained the love of their patrons who drop by for their good food or drinks.

B@C has a mini bookshop, which sells a variety of books for adults and kids. So stop by to read, work, grab breakfast, lunch or dinner, alone or with friends – you will surely feel at home at Books @ Café, Abdoun.

We have also reviewed another B@C branch: Camel’s B@C, check it out here:
